TikTok in-feed safe zone checker

Official TikTok overlays change with caption length. A long caption climbs the still and covers more of the offer than a short one.

Drop the still or clip

See Instagram, TikTok and YouTube chrome on the offer. The file stays in this tab.

PNG, JPEG, WebP, MP4, WebM, MOV or M4V.

Why the safe zone matters

Instagram, TikTok and YouTube draw likes, captions, profile rows and shop buttons on top of the file. If the offer sits in that cover, people still see the ad. They do not see the deal.

Wasted spend
You pay for the impression. If the price, the logo or the shop button sits under likes and captions, the message is unreadable.
Brand risk
The mark or the claim is what must stay visible. A covered logo is not a brand appearance.
Last look
Catch it before Ads Manager, not after the budget is live.

A bad still and a good still

Same serum, same 9:16 frame. The only change is where the 50% off sits.

Bad

The 50% off sits in the caption band. Instagram draws the caption, shop button and tab bar on top of it. You pay for an impression of a price nobody can read.

Good

The 50% off sits in the hole. Likes, caption and shop still appear. The price stays readable.

This page uses the standard in-feed guardrail: username, caption, and the right-hand engagement stack. It is a last look, not a live preview of every caption A/B test.

Drop a still. The file stays in your browser. Nothing uploads for a score.

Approximate guardrail, not a TikTok certification. Always preview in TikTok Ads Manager before you spend.
